Inari Verse, It was supposed to be something that would have helped humanity, something that would have delivered us a Golden age. It would have stopped all wars, ridden us of poverty, disease and so much more.
A God, but one through our own design.
The Project was headed by the famous Dr. Eri, Founder of the project, he was a brilliant mind who hoped to change humanity for the better, seeking our next evolutionary stepping stone.
To do this, the organization requested Volunteers to be Test Subjects. The only stipulation was that they had to have “Powers” that they could experiment on, these powers were a recent discovery to humanity’s development and had caused mass conflict in areas of the world. The Inari organization hoped to help quell these outbreaks by having them help with the simulation either willingly or by other means if necessary, force was only used on those that cause mass harm to humanity.
Once inside the simulation the residents that cooperated with the foundation were able to freely change their forms to what they desired.
The system was hosted on station Takamagahara, due to the immense nature of the program sub systems were created, these were the Kotoamatsukami they referred to themselves as the Koto.
A system was being created, codenamed “Inari”. It would go through multiple lifetimes, making its own path each time and never learning from its last. The system's body was contained within a special housing onboard the celestial station known as the Takamagahara, eventually the system created the 3 Koto these were subroutines that sped up the cycles of rebirth aiding the simulation in its constant evolution.
