This weapons repair shop located near the west gate is owned and operated by Armen, a
12th level neutral good dwarven fighter, retired. He has an apprentice, Beklum (dm Fgt5
LN), and an assistant, and old traveling companion Ushil (hm Fgt11 LN) who was badly
injured and forced to retire from adventuring. Armen deals with an elven tribe that gives
him weapons to buy, and reparis them if necessary. Armen’s apartment, which he shares
with his dwarven assistant, is located next door to the shop.
Armen is a crusty sort who has little time for small talk, but is more than happy to launch
into a long discussion about weapons care and quality of smithing. He keeps his obsidian
axe behind his forge, and will show other who seem to take in interest in the fine art of
smithing or combat.
