Evasive Steps. When Djena takes the Disengage action, her movement doesn't provoke opportunity attacks for the rest of the turn.

Telepathic Bond. Djena can form a telepathic bond with up to eight creatures of her choice within 30 feet of her. This bond allows them to communicate telepathically with each other as long as they are on the same plane of existence.

Orderly Mind. Djena has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

Actions

Mind Blast (Recharge 5-6). Djena unleashes a psionic wave of energy in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Intelligence saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Legendary Actions

Djena can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. Djena regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

  • Telekinetic Thrust. Djena can use her telekinesis to push a creature within 30 feet of her up to 15 feet in any direction. The target must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be moved.

  • Mental Bolt (Costs 2 Actions). Djena targets one creature she can see within 60 feet of her. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Intelligence saving throw or take 4d8 psychic damage and be stunned until the end of its next turn.

  • Counter Psionics (Costs 3 Actions). Djena uses her psionic abilities to try and counter a spell or psionic effect targeting her or a creature she can see within 60 feet. The effect is negated if it's 6th level or lower, otherwise, Djena makes an Intelligence check (DC equals 10 + the spell or effect's level). If she succeeds, the effect is negated; otherwise, it takes effect as normal.

Djena is a formidable psion and the embodiment of the Temple of Order's authority and control in the city of Nibenay. She is known for her keen intellect, strong willpower, and effective administration of the city's affairs.
