This is Ubu'Lai, more commonly known as Thicket, a halfling from Lost Home in the Crescent Forest. Thicket is a druid of the Plain of Burning Water, with water and magma as his Spheres. He coats his skin and hair in colourful mud from the hot springs there (patterned to represent the flow of his chosen elements) according to the traditions of his halfling tribe.

Mud Coating. Thicket's skin and hair are coated in colorful mud from the hot springs of the Plain of Burning Water, granting him resistance to fire damage and advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in natural environments.

Elemental Spheres. Thicket has mastery over the spheres of water and magma. He can cast spells from these spheres without requiring material components.

Spellcasting. Thicket is a 10th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). Thicket has the following spells prepared from the druid spell list:

Speak with Beasts and Plants. Thicket can communicate with beasts and plants as if they shared a language.

Quarterstaff. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage, or 7 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage if used with two hands.

Produce Flame. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d8) fire damage.

Magma Blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d10 + 3) fire damage.

Geyser of Water. Area of Effect Spell: Thicket creates a 20-foot geyser of water that erupts from the ground in a point he can see within range. Each creature in the area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 16 (3d10) bludgeoning damage and being knocked prone on a failed save, or half as much damage and not being knocked prone on a successful one
