Storm Form: The Living Sentient Storm can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. It can occupy another creature's space and stop there. In addition, the Living Sentient Storm has advantage on saving throws against effects that would move it or knock it prone.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day): If the Living Sentient Storm fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Thunderous Aura: At the start of each of its turns, the Living Sentient Storm releases a thunderous boom in a 60-foot radius around itself. Each creature within that area must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Lightning Strike: Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 30 (6d6 + 8) lightning damage.
Tornado Swirl: The Living Sentient Storm creates a swirling vortex of wind and debris in a 30-foot radius centered on a point within 120 feet. Each creature in that area must make a DC 22 Strength saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) bludgeoning damage and being pulled 10 feet toward the center on a failed save, or half as much damage and not being pulled on a successful one.
Stormcaller: Once per day, the Living Sentient Storm can unleash a devastating storm surge. Each creature within a 100-foot radius of the storm must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 80 (20d8) lightning damage and being pushed 30 feet away on a failed save, or half as much damage and not being pushed on a successful one. The storm surge also creates a permanent stormy weather condition in a 1-mile radius for the next 24 hours.
Legendary Actions The Living Sentient Storm can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Living Sentient Storm regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
