Located to the west, the Bay of Souls is a large body of water perpetually covered in rolling mist. As the mist curls and ungulates eerie faces of long gone humanoids can be seen in the mist just briefly before dissipating in the wind. There are many store about the Bay of Souls, some legends say that when you die, if you had committed heinous acts during your lifetime your soul would be trapped here for eternity. Others tell stories about how people would get lost out at sea and perish along the rocky shores of the bay and their souls became trapped there. On rare occurrences the water will glow with an eerie green-blue glow, frightening if you weren't expecting but otherwise a beautiful sight.
