Your presence in the Warp is muted compared to that of other species such as Humans or the doomed Aeldari. While this protects you from the predations of Daemons and hostile Psykers, it can also be a hindrance to you and your allies on occasion.
- Characters with this feature can never gain the Psyker Talent without strong mitigating circumstances (such as gaining access to Barrier-Tech).
- They have advantage on all tests made to resist or contest hostile Unknown, and reduce the damage taken from Powers like Smite* by an amount equivalent to their Willpower Bonus.
- They also have advantage on tests to resist Corruption, including Mutation and Malignancy.
- Any attempt to detect this character with Awareness (Psyniscience) suffers disadvantage, regardless of who's casting it.
This resistance is universal, not discriminating between friend and foe. If the character is targeted by an ally's Psychic Power (for example, Metabolic Overdrive*), they must fail a Discipline (WIL) or Fortitude (TGH) test, taken with advantage, to benefit from the power.
