A mysterious man covered in scars that seem to be self inflicted. His skin shimmers in a crystaline color. He says that it is the side effect of being exposed to a tremendous amount of magical radiation and that the disease is lethal over time - but brings some benefints, such as the ability to use high level magic like teleportation.
