Entry.129 - Enter the Memorandum

After having a chicken breakfast with Janna in the I.R.A. Headquarters and giving Bruri Ironbeard the assignment to research the Elder Dragon "Xander", Happy plants the seed of Zios in the courtyard.

After shopping for some potions, you depart for Archmage Khelem in the Halls of Arcana. He briefs you once more about the Memorandum, telling you that time inside is wonky, that you will be transported physically and thus die for real, and that there is some sort of enchantment that requires a linear progression through the memories.

Forcing yourself into the artefact, you meet Tiberius, Curator of the Memorandum who shows you around and explains that golden books are key memories while black books represent fading memories.

The first memory of Abraxas that you visit are his earliest. A half-elven boy, son of some noble, raised in Zeantis (Zeantis4, that stood in the Ardenfields). His father had high expectations of young Abraxas, who seemed to show strange magical abilities that even peaked the interest of the Lorekeeper Amón. You had to climb a big mountain to live up to the expectations of your father.

The second memory had you study in a big garden of a beautiful mansion. The book was very boring and thick and distractions from the streets beyond the garden fence tried to prevent the reader of the book from concentrating. In the end, you also mastered this challenge and returned to the library of the Memorandum, a little more exhausted than before.
