A Cult of Occultists working under Aiden Warlock to produce research and development in various supernatural fields, including those of the Psychic persuasion. The cult has a fascination with studying Fallen Magic, as it stands apart from Supernal Magic or Abyssal Magic. The Degrees believe that the Fallen Magic are the stars on the tapestry of the phenomenal world that when used to navigate reality may reveal the secrets of the City.
• 72nd Degree: By the 72nd Degree of Initiation the Warchain has learned the basics of the City, its general layout, and secrets to navigating its twisting and ever shifting streets (the secret is Uber). Receive the merit Direction Sense (•) (as ruled for Hasloch Conundrum Chronicle). With it, the initiate can always tell which way is towards the very center of the city. A key revelation in tapping into the occult matrix that is the City.
•• 144th Degree: By the 144th Degree of Initiation the Warring is entrusted with the secrets of knowledge and methods of encoding it, the occultist cultist has a particular knack for investigations. They receive the Investigative Aide (•) merit (Chronicles of Darkness page 45), but they must pick between Academics, Computer, Investigation, Occult, Politics, Science, or Streetwise. The skill they pick must be at •••+.
••• 216th Degree: By the 216th Degree of Initiation the Warkey is conditioned to protect their minds in one fashion or another. Human members of the Cult receive special training to hone their will and perception. They receive the merit Clear-Sighted (••) (Vampire: The Requiem 2e page 299).
Supernatural members of the cult receive similar mental training to help protect their minds and receive Indomitable (••) (Chronicles of Darkness page 45).
•••• 288th Degree: By the 288th Degree of Initiation the Warlock has mastered the capacity to perceive the ephemeral world around them. Members capable of taking Medium (•••) (Chronicles of Darkness page 57) receive the merit. Those that cannot (such as those having a major template) still receive similar training, resulting in receiving the merit Trained Observer (•••) (Chronicles of Darkness page 46).
••••• 360th Degree: By the 360th Degree of Initiation the Arch-Warlock is blessed by the Compass for mastering all of its Degrees. Just as the Compass Rose attunes one to travel, the Arch-Warlock is attuned to the higher realms of thought. By meditating, the Arch-Warlock can spend a point of Willpower to enter the Astral Realms. They start in their Oneiros, and must travel to the Temenos from there.
