The largest fortress in Zephra and the seat of power for Queen Annalise Strafford. The walls of the city wrap around a large hamlet that supports the denizens of the holdfast and is considered the most defensible position in Zephra. The largest airship yard in Zephra is also attached to both the fortress and hamlet and it is strategically dug into the side of the mountain.
