Moirades, son of Phargentes the Older, was King of Tarsh from 1579 until his death in 1610.
He was a great magician and founded the Lunar Provincial University.
He married the Feathered Horse Queen Riches Without Tears and became King of Dragon Pass.
He had three children:
- Pharandros, with Harsta Blacktooth.
- Inkarne, with the Feathered Horse Queen.
- Phargentes the Younger, with Jar-Eel.
