Dragonrise

The heavens shook: the constellation known as Orlanth's Ring appeared on the wrong day and quickly spiraled around the sky as several planets and constellations streaked out of place to explode against the orange stars. Other stars disappeared or fell out of the sky. Finally, an impossibly huge True Dragon erupted out of the ground some 60 kilometers to the southeast of Apple Lane and then rose into the sky. In a matter of minutes, the bulk of the Imperial Lunar Army in Dragon Pass Pass was gone. For a week, the True Dragon could be seen in the sky, blocking out the Red Moon.
