Founding:
Alastair Vanderworth was a young and ambitious wizard who had a passion for knowledge and a deep love for magic. He was born in a small village on the outskirts of the kingdom and grew up surrounded by the beauty and mystery of magic. As he grew older, he realized that not everyone was as lucky as he was to have access to magical education, and he felt called to do something about it.
One day, while wandering through the countryside, Alastair stumbled upon an island shrouded in mist. He felt drawn to the island, as if he were being called there by some unseen force. When he finally stepped foot on the island, he was awestruck by the natural beauty and powerful magic that surrounded him. He knew that this was the perfect place to establish a magical academy where anyone who was interested in magic could come to learn and grow.
Alastair spent the next several years establishing the Vanderworth Academy of Arcane Arts on the island. He worked tirelessly to construct the buildings, gather resources, and recruit the finest magical minds from across the kingdom to teach at the school. He was determined to create a place where anyone could come to learn about magic and reach their full potential.
The academy soon became a hub of magical knowledge and a place where students from all over the world came to study. The island was home to four houses - House Corvus, House Strix, House Draco, and House Cetus - each with their own unique values and strengths. The students of the academy were sorted into these houses, where they learned and grew together as a family.
Alastair's vision had become a reality, and the Vanderworth Academy of Arcane Arts was now a thriving magical institution that would continue to inspire and educate generations of young wizards and witches. Alastair was proud of what he had created and felt fulfilled knowing that he had made a difference in the world of magic.

The head of House Corvus is a mysterious and reclusive sorceress named Zephyr Nightshade. Zephyr is a master of the shadows, able to control the darkness with a flick of her wrist. Despite her aloofness, Zephyr is highly sought after for her advice, as she is known to have a deep understanding of the arcane arts.

The head of House Draco is a confident wizard named Thorne Bellows. Thorne is a master of fire magic, able to call forth raging infernos or warm hearths with a snap of his fingers. Despite his often brash and impulsive nature, Thorne is highly respected by his students for his bravery and unwavering spirit.

The head of House Strix is a charismatic Owlin wizard named Galen Goldfeather. Galen is known for his cunning wit and strategic mind, and is highly respected by his students. He is a talented diviner, able to foretell the future with a single glance. Despite his strict demeanour, Galen is fiercely protective of his students and will do anything to ensure their safety and success.
