Leader of the Dead Rats criminal gang in Neverwinter. Framed for the wasting illness affecting the city, Rsolk was defeated by the Heroes of Phandalin in the gang's hideout beneath the Rat Trap. Recognizing Nil as a fellow bottom feeder, Rsolk yielded in combat and begrudgingly answered questions before being arrested by the Wintershield Watchmen.
