Hong Lo Pan has presided over Little China and the Three Storms Casino since Infinity was founded. In addition to owning Three Storms he is also head of Wing Kong Trading Company, an import-expert firm based in the Docks.
Plays poker with the other casino owners every first Monday of the month.
