Located near the ICRT terminal in Japantown is the modest apartment complex called Toyotomi. Renovated after an influx of movement away from central Downtown after the Strays Incident, the building may not have all of the amenities of higher-end buildings in the area, but all of the elevators work and it's tenants maintain a clean living environment.
One of the building's tenants, Goro, maintains a rooftop garden with one of the best views of downtown available in the area.
