Vince leaves the Giovanni stronghold and is ambushed on his way to the Elysium. Upon entering the Elysium to warn the Prince, and any Primogen, he encounters Primogen Thomas Galland and is staked. His body is tossed into a closet.

Through various shenanigans Vince is unstaked. Francesca Giovanni heads to the Elysium and announces to all in attendance that mortals were observing the Kindred of Miami.

Dejan Bucrin, Gail Urlen, and Caolon encounter a squad of masked men breaking into their haven after a brief exchange of gunfire Dejan eviscerates the survivors after castrating them.

Karen Williams finds a pair of mortals observing her domain near Homestead, FL. She sends a few of her animal companions to devour them.

a previous, and secret, meeting of the Primogen revealed that the observers were not affiliated with the CIA, FBI, NSA, or Catholic Church.
Update 7
Brujah Vince Martin and Caitiff Samuel Miller head to a high-rise building in downtown Miami that contains several governmental offices. Initially, the pair had planned to merely observe the building from the outside but Vince decided to reconnoiter the interior.
After accessing the offices of a suspicious front, Vince is confronted by an armed group of soldiers and is quickly put down. Through the actions of Samuel Miller, he is saved from capture and questioning. Unfortunately, there were no mortal survivors and an incendiary device was set off that consumed any other evidence.
