1) Most of the flooding has receded from all but a few locations.
2) The Giovanni have extended an offer of short term loans to any kindred in need of funds to recover from the recent catastrophe.
3) Many Kindred have started to remove themselves from Elysium and are returning to their havens.
4) The Sheriff has advised those leaving the safety of Elysium that hunting will be quite problematic due to the large presence of police and national guard.
5) The dance clubs, bars, and theaters have reopened along the Miami Beach area. However, they do have an 10:30 pm curfew.
