One of the goblins in Lady Nightblade's band in SY02. Blight Night, Part I. Unlike the rest, he was not being controlled by Wild Chew and it's resultant addiction. He had instead found ingredients for Blue Drops, and although addicted to them, meant he was not under the controlling effects of the Chew nor had reliance upon Ashfaru's WIld Chew supply.
Fenya spotted that Shugludd was different than the rest, and made friends. They then worked together to kill Ashfaru, and get his supply of Blue Drops and his cauldron.
