Originally from Cyre, he was the first known traveller to Symbaroum, he founded and leads The Returners. He is also the landlord of The Red Boar tavern in Thistle Hold.
He is a bald, middle aged, strong looking man. He can but blunt, but also admitted how impressed he was by the party in SY03. Blight Night, Part II / The Mark of the Beast, Part I. He was quite secretive, giving a little bit of his background and some small information on the Returners, but stated he needed the party to prove themselves before he could give them any more info. He did mention how the Returners have some leads in Davokar for getting back to Eberron, but said no more. He directed them to Master Vernam for some work, as well as providing them with lodgings near the tavern.
