Marlowe was a halfling Inquisitive based in the Tavick's Landing district of Sharn.  He encountered the Jade Foxes when they were investigating Masque and The Burning Tree.  Marlowe had been injured in a fight with a local street gang; in return for a safe escort to the nearest House Jorasco healing house, he offered was information he had.
