Leader of the Black Cloaks chapter in Ravenia. He is known as a staunch loyalist to the Church of Prios, and is keen to seek vengeance on the murderer of his friend, First Theurg Armanda.
It later transpired that he was responsible for the murders of Yarmar and Father Ombardo, whom he was interrogating regarding Armanda. He tracked down Algaya as the suspected murderer to the chapel of the many in Ravenia, and the party killed him and his men in retaliation.
