The Queen of Death was first mentioned by the Wight in KA02. The Tower of the Twelve. He described her as his leader, and stated that he had achieved what he came for in order to assist her to become all powerful. He also named her as Erandis Vol.
Cleric Boyden informed the party that she was a mysterious lich, and leader of the Emerald Claw - who was heralded by members of the order to lead Karrnath to glory in a re-ignition of the war, and to bring them immortality through the power of the Blood of Vol. He was unaware of any connection to the name, Erandis Vol.
