A pirate town created by Adira the Bloody. Created it approximately 999YK, when the Pirate Queen fled the Lhazaar Principalities that year, she took her crew and those that followed to to an abandoned Brelish colony within Shargon's Teeth. Creating a new haven for piracy, she named her new home Second Chance, as a symbol of it offering a fresh start to all.
Locations within the town include Krellick's repair yard, The Courtesan's House of Pleasure, The Necrodome, and The Bottomless Mermaid.
