Brief History

As for the backstory of Drakonia, it was once a land inhabited solely by the orc race. The orcs were a primal and savage people, living in tribes and warring with each other for resources and territory. For centuries, they lived in relative isolation, rarely interacting with outsiders and rarely venturing beyond their own borders.

But all of that changed with the arrival of a powerful wizard known as Zoltar. Zoltar had long been fascinated with the ancient magic of the orc tribes, and he came to Drakonia seeking to study their arcane secrets. The orcs, however, were distrustful of outsiders and refused to allow Zoltar access to their knowledge.

Undeterred, Zoltar used his magic to create an army of undead warriors, which he used to conquer the orc tribes one by one. The orcs were no match for Zoltar's undead legions, and they were forced to flee their homes or be destroyed.

With the orcs vanquished, Zoltar claimed Drakonia as his own and began to explore the secrets of the orc magic. He delved deep into the ancient tombs and ruins of the orc tribes, uncovering powerful spells and artifacts that had been lost for centuries.

But Zoltar's reign was short-lived. The orcs who had fled Drakonia eventually regrouped and formed a resistance movement, determined to take back their homeland. They banded together under the leadership of a fierce warrior named Gruumsh, who had long dreamed of uniting the orc tribes into a powerful nation.

The war between Zoltar's undead armies and Gruumsh's orc rebellion was long and bloody. The landscape of Drakonia was scarred by the battles, and the few surviving settlements were reduced to rubble. But in the end, Gruumsh emerged victorious, and Zoltar was banished from the land.

Now, Drakonia is a place of lawlessness and danger, with no clear ruler and no real sense of order. The land is only partially mapped, as no one has survived past the unexplored territory. Rumors persist of powerful magic and ancient artifacts hidden in the depths of the land, but few have dared to venture into the heart of Drakonia and return to tell the tale.
