The only country on Sooh to have staked a claim on one of the The Arctic Cluster islands, Courtlyn is ruled by a dwarven family. Most of their nobles are of dwarven or gnomish heritage. Wary of other races (other than halflings,) they are still always willing to trade for their biggest resources - metals and gems - which come from the mountains the region is most known for.
Northpost, a Crimson Hawks outpost, is located in northern Courtlyn.
The Guild Capital of Guildspire, and the Temple Capital of Highstone are both located in southern Courtlyn.
