Nigerian Partition

I was under the impression, though I've read things saying this is a myth, that the Igbo/ Hausa-Fulani ethnic tension is high enough to make possible a splitting of the state. Need to research.

Created new states:

• New Biafra
• Oduduwa Republic
• Zamfara
