Feral Blue Syndrome is the designation of the environmentally-adaptive physical and psychological changes that occur in Feral Blue populations native to the Appalachian Mountain Range Cave Complex, which are only possible in the Blue Delta gene pool.

The genetic anatomical differences in Blues from mainstream Delta-Homunculi are not considered to be part of FBS, but simply descriptions of the Blue Genotype.
