UAVe (pronouned "Wave") is a ride-hailing app that derives its name from the Unpiloted Aerial Vehicles that service its fares. Created in 2028.
First, started as a standard SmartPhone app that could simply hail rides in UAVs.
Later, made use of PublicGestureSensors to allow people to hail a ride simply by making the gesture of a bird shadow puppet in the air. A UAVeRunner would arrive shortly thereafter at a UAVePort. The convenience of this service led to a ubiquity of Public Gesture Sensors that paved the way for total in the most developed parts of the world.
UAVeFounder [Rename] was its original founder. They became the richest person in humanity, probably, iono yet.
