Numskull is a common term to refer to anyone in a servile position relative to oneself. 

The name is derived from the failed AMCL Open League team #💀, which came to the AMCL Open League from The Soy Republic, failed miserably, and all got sold into slavery in Henderson. For a while, in a certain neighborhood, if you met a slave, they were likely a previous team member from the team. So the word was simply descriptive, even respectful at first, by locals who abhorred slavery and wanted to call them anything else. But eventually the word twisted into irony and is now used in a scornful manner.

A Numskull is a rube, an idealistic idiot who's going to get himself killed. 

The term does not carry power-relation connotations here, as such things are culturally gauche in this deeply egalitarian city.

Well, okay. A lot of people use it pejoratively here. But not as commonly as in DCLV.
