A Leaguer is one who carries the distinct culture of League Cities across North America. Leaguers most often are the people in proximity to the Applicants to AMCL Open League. This includes the Applicants themselves, as well as the service industry that springs up to earn the money they bring to town. This includes cooks, bartenders, mechanics, dealers, prostitutes, and packs of wild dogs.

Yeah, they pretty much live in junkyard-looking cities, but it's sorta like how every mechanic has a broken down car in their driveway. Except a lot of these people live in broken cars.

The nexus of Open League Culture is Henderson, which hosts the largest Open League Range as well as the most robust League Cities in the country.

There is also a diaspora throughout North America of people who have exited Open League Towns. Leaguers have a reputation as gruff, fatalistic, brilliant, often unhinged & of dubious moral fiber. And to be fair, their culture inherits a lot from the Outlands.

Influences from Punk Culture, Mechanic Culture, AMCL Culture, Outlands Culture
