A Goon is a person addicted to Multi-Streaming. They may or may not be sufferers of Idiopathic Multi-Streaming Addiction Disorder (IMSAD).
In Technofetishistic cultures, Goon may be a term of endearment or respect, or at worst a gentle chiding.
In cultures more critical of technology and its downsides, the term carries connotations of concern or even scorn.
