Project Candyland was a PsyOp by various Powers That Be, to encourage the development of Food Deserts and the promotion of an empty-carbohydrate diet.

This had the following effects:

• Targets were more likely to suffer from cavities and treat them with metal fillings, which are ideal receivers for Radiopsychic Broadcasting (RPB)
• Targets would have enough energy to complete the work considered necessary for their survival, but not enough to agitate politically
• Poor people look really funny with Kwashiorkor, and the point of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is primarily for laughs
