Soiled Clothing

Clothing

Clothing line that incorporates living plants. Light and comfortable, but definitely takes some getting used to.

The garment consists of a lattice of highly nutritive fiber which serves as a clean base for plants to grow on. The lattice absorbs moisture and nutrients from its wearer by absorbing sweat, dead skin, and other wastes. The lattice's density varies according to the type of plant to be grown on it: dense for grasses and lichens, loose for vines.

Common elements:

  • Micrograss - Small enough to resemble fabric until you look closely, and soft enough that it isn't itchy or overstimulating. Often grown on the interior of the lattice to soften the texture, but may just as often grow on the exterior.
  • Magic Mushrooms - Never know when you'll need them.
  • Emitters - Plant life with various benefits: insect repellent, pseudo-scientifically claimed pheromones,
  • Aesthetic elements - Fragrant flowers, beautiful vines draped creatively,
  • Habitats - The real fucking weirdos want a ladybug habitat on their shirt.
