ReGary is a subterranean penal colony for the purpose of re-education of those deemed UnGary, UnGary (Insurgency), TooGary (Race) or occasionally TooGary (Gary Syndrome).

Penitents are called ReGary (Honorific)s. 

Interactions with Surface Level of Gary (City-State)

ReGary is directly below the floor level of Gary (City-State), with some grated ceilings allowing direct viewing of the surface. ReGary is expected to observe Gary in order to learn how to comply more sufficiently with Gary (Legal Code).

ReGary is not allowed to speak within earshot of the grates, an infraction punishable by UnGary (Punishment). Conversely, Gary is required to ignore ReGary completely, as their role in ReGary is to serve as an aspirational standard of Gary. Interaction with those in ReGary would be itself punishable by ReGary.

It is considered socially Gary for Gary to spend as much time near the grates, so as to have as good an effect on ReGary as possible.
