The Lunar Overseer is the chair of the executive board of the Administration of Lunar Station Simultas. They make executive decisions when necessary, preside over the board, and cast tie-breaking votes in the event of a tie or also whenever there's not a tie but they feel strongly about it or even just... okay, it's a dictatorship, but there are few disagreements between the Chairmen anyway.
