Orange - Partially Complete. Page has substantial content, or is complete but just isn't that deep of an entry.
Yellow - Complete. Page is complete, and probably has a good number of links to other complete pages.
Green - Featured. Page is complete, and is a good entry point for a particular topic. Will also be pooled for random selection on the front page's featured articles.
