A Kanka is a specialized computer that takes various forms (wrist-worn, Eyes-Up Display (EUD, "Yudie"), Panoptik, etc.). It's like a Pokédex, but everything in it is either incomplete, a juvenile attempt at humor, or, saddest of all, an earnest attempt at pseudo-documentarian writing that more reveals the deficits of its writer than the actual description of the subject.
