Basically just a flophouse now. It has a working Barotherapy Chamber, the only apparatus too bulky to have been moved or salvaged for use elsewhere. No drugs or medicines are stored here.
The infrastructure is pre-war modular tech, so the computer system is quite primitive. But it does appear to have the capability to connect to the station's network.
