Warrenhill Wemsley was a British journalist and philanthropist best known as the longtime host of popular longtime BBC2 program Toutal Bounre.
A 1997 NHS study estimated that over 75% of British adult males had been inadvertently conditioned to have a strong sexual response to Wemsley himself. 3% of study participants could not achieve any degree of sexual arousal without the face or voice of Wemsley present. The birth rate of the United Kingdom plummeted in the early and late 90s, ultimately leading to the national government forcibly cancelling the show in 2004.
In an interview Mr. Wemsley disclosed that his security detail had to make special arrangements to deal with the "Wemsley Squirts," a phenomenon in which fans of the show would spontaneously ejaculate when they shook his hand. The Wemsley Mop is now a common janitorial tool for dealing with such issues.
