From the rumors, he is a "Captain America" type figure. Always pursuing justice. Rides an adult White Dragon. The title of Paragon has gone to those chosen by this White Dragon over its lifetime to be worthy of being what every Inquisitor should strive to become.
His recognition amongst the Inquisition is shaky. They believe he is overstepping his bounds and want to limit his influence, but he's grown too powerful and most of the Inquisitors listen to him anyways.
