A higher class club and bar near the center of the city. Run by the mysterious figure Luno, the bar is known for its privacy regarding its clientele and many of the drinks are inspired by famous actors and fixers. The menu is semi-regularly updated with new drinks made by the main bartender Izel. The bar has a stage just behind it, and various bands and groups perform there. If you’re anybody in this city, you visit Dark Matter. During day hours, when business is quiet, they’re a little more lenient on who can enter.
Photography and recording are banned within the club unless a show is happening, and the owner is almost never seen. Izel handles almost all the business that happens within the club.
