Fiore (fee-oar), marked by a club (like a playing card suit), is one of the core gangs of Nakarta. Originally starting from Noverians that made their return to land that was once theirs, they often aim to undermine the government and steal items to send back to Noveria. This includes food, weapons, tech and anything the group feels is notable. The Ace of Fiore is named Rat, and is rumored to live either in the Underground or in the sewers of the city.
Rat is a small individual at 4’4” and is good at collecting information, planning heists of resources and leaving no opening for security or someone to step in and stop the heist. Their thievery skills are unmatched, and they’ve caused quite a few problems for Nakarta’s police department in the last few years. The upset caused by Piek and Couri has left the police department stretched thin as is, especially with countless smaller gangs causing issues with shootings, robberies and murders. This has left Rat and by extension Fiore with plenty of openings to get their work done without any issues.
