Some magic items are a dime a dozen; common utilities created by all sorts of craftsmen. Some, however, are crafted by true masters pushing the frontier of item enchanting, or using methods that have been lost to time.
These items are not generally available, either made in small batches or wholly one-of-a-kind. Grab them when you see them, you may not get another chance!
