Master Phade is an Invisible Stalker who is widely believed to be the leader of the assassins of Quantium. True or not, it distracts from his other clandestine role as a member of the Voices of the Spire. He often acts to push Nex in favor of the Spire's agendas.
Phade is known both for his distinctive full-body leather armour and his constant courtesy.
He is a member of the Council of Three and Nine, the ruling body of Nex.
