The capital of Necroma, the undead kingdom of the Witch-King Vaako. Little is known about Necroma asides the fear and superstition sailors have of its misty coasts. Slavers and mage hunters frequent the populated coastlines and blue-green waters of the Emerald Bay and its surrounding seas, always out for more chattel and magically inclined slaves. Its ruler, the secretive and powerful Witch King Vaako is only mentioned in mumblings. Many a skilled necromancer and dark sorcerer can be found there as well as savage, nomadic tribes of barbarians, orcs, and other monsters that live in its hills and mountains.
