Lonepeak is a majestic mountain that towers over the tundra's of Soria, rising up in solitude. The jarldom of Lonepeak, which shares its name with the mountain, is built in three tiers that cling to the slopes of the mountain. The first tier is located at the foot of the mountain, and it is where most of the trade and commerce of the city takes place. The second tier is located halfway up the mountain at over 12000ft above sea level, and it is where many of the goliath artisans and craftsmen live and work and is the most populated district of the mountain. The third and final tier is located at the top of the mountain, and it is where the Jarl's fortress is situated, overlooking the entire mountain and the surrounding landscape.
The peak of the mountain at over 21000ft is home to a sacred ritual arena, where the goliaths of Soria come to participate in important ceremonies and rites. The arena is a circular platform made of gray stone, surrounded by tall pillars that are engraved with ancient runes and symbols. It is said that the arena was built by the first goliaths who settled Lonepeak, as a place to honour their gods and ancestors, and to ensure their continued protection and guidance. Today, the arena is still used for important rituals and celebrations, especially challenges put forth that challenge the sitting jarl and it is considered one of the most sacred places in all of Soria.
