The Ankh-Bonfire War was a conflict lasting over 2 months, It unofficially started with the theft of the airship; The Golden Wind.
The Conflict involved a series of conflicts between the armies of the Firetide Conclave, the Champions of the Ankh and their foes: A vast army consisting of different clans and tribes of Giants, Gnolls, Goblins and Orcs who had been manipulated and puppeteered by The Black Bonfire in their search for The Ruby Throne. The conflict ended when the forces of the "monster" armies was routed during the Siege of Ankh-Morport and the reveal that the Ruby Throne was not to be found beneath the Ankh-river.
