The Dreamkeep Citradel was once a flying fortress belonging to the Giants who once ruled The Kingdom of Soria. During the goliath rebelion Tempus the Storm bear chrashed the citradel into the coast. Over the years Winterport sprung up around it and the Fortress have been the mark of the Goliath peapoles freedom ever since.
It now serves as the seat of governance over the region and is the home of Tempus' son The White Bear, King Solomon.
